In short

This role involves operating plate making and mounting equipment, adhering to WCM methods and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for production, quality tests, and basic machine maintenance, contributing to production improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Produce as per given norm and following standard process and discipline
  • Work on additional production equipment
  • Quality tests execution
  • Create CIL standards
  • Remove Red Tags (Maintenance tags)

Requirements

  • Production Process knowledge of 1-2 years as Trainee/Operator
  • High School Technical Education
  • Basic knowledge of one process/equipment group
  • Learned standard AM steps
  • Basic WCM knowledge
  • Experience as AM team member
