Mission: 

The mission of the position is to conduct day to day after sales service requests to achieve the highest utilization of the service resources and highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth.

Job description

Implementation of service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction

- Effectively plan the resources according to the service request and engineer's competence.

- To use the “failure reporting” system to feedback quality issues to the product Company.

- Warranty parts claim and follow up.

- Provide necessary technical support towards to the customers to minimize equipment downtime.

- To update related information in SAP/MAM/SPM etc.

Co-ordination with sales, and technical team

- To coordinate with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.

- To give service engineer feedback on product’s quality, and technical skill / method to resolve the complicated problem via collaboration with technical team, and use related system.

- Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service and also to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.

Experience requirements

- 3 years above experience of aftermarket operations

Educational requirements

- Bachelor or above degree, major in machinery or automation technology

Other Requirements

- Willing to travel

Knowledge

  • Basic English in speaking and reading.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word , Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Proficiency in Lotus Notes software applications is a plus.
