About the role:

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end R&D and sourcing projects for refrigerators and freezers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, and competitive products. Responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery, driving cross-functional collaboration across global teams and suppliers.

In detail, you will:

- Lead R&D and sourcing projects from concept to launch (TOA → CPFB).

- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

- Ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.

- Identify risks and drive mitigation actions.

- Apply agile or hybrid methodologies when appropriate.

- Support development of refrigerators and freezers aligned with market needs.

- Coordinate design validation, testing, and industrialization.

- Lead collaboration across engineering, laboratory, certification, sourcing, and quality.

- Facilitate alignment between teams and OEM suppliers.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering.

- Strong background and relevant years’ experience in a project leadership position (it is going to be plus experience in leading R&D teams).

- Solid level knowledge with program/project management as well as gated product development process.

- Ability and experience in managing matrix organizations.

- Awareness of Digital trends, e.g. simulation, automation, artificial intelligence, digitalization.

- Fluent English, other languages are considered a plus.
