Responsibilities

  • Operational support for Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases.
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, upgradation, and migration of Oracle/Oracle RAC/MySQL databases.
  • Manage large volumes of data and transactions in a production environment.
  • Handson experience in oracle database software installation.
  • Handson experience in oracle database creation.
  • Handson experience in database instance and parameter management.
  • Handson experience in tablespace and datafiles management.
  • Handson experience in User, Profile, Privileges and Roles management.
  • Handson experience in Undo tablespace management.
  • Handson experience in Logical Backup Expdp and Impdp.
  • Handson experience in RMAN backup.
  • Handson experience in Upgrade and Migration tasks.
  • Handson experience of Data Guard, Switch over, Failover and Monitoring.
  • Handson experience of ASM.
  • Handson experience of RAC.
  • Handson experience of performance Tuning.
  • Handson experience of Dataguard.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience.
  • Oracle DBA primary skill.
  • Experience on Oracle 11g/12c/19c database and operational support.
  • Good understanding of the Oracle database, related utilities and tools.
  • Good understanding of the underlying operating system (Linux/Unix).
  • Good knowledge of the physical database design.
  • Handson experience in oracle database software installation.
  • Handson experience in oracle database creation.
  • Handson experience in database instance and parameter.
  • Handson experience in tablespace and datafiles.
  • Handson experience in User, Profile, Privileges and Roles.
  • Handson experience in Undo tablespace.
