Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize existing channel management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Lead structured and compliant communications with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Aggregators, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
- Track and drive closure of VAS services - pending insurance enrollments and wage registers for Delivery Associates, coordinating with DSPs to ensure 100% DA coverage within defined timelines.
- Publish periodic reports on regulatory compliance status across the GSF partner network, highlighting gaps, risks, and progress against targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Finance, and the TRC team to align on compliance standards and resolve partner-level blockers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel
