Alfa Laval is seeking a full-time, on-site One ERP - Project Execution Manager - D365 in Pune. This role involves defining project scope, leading solution design, managing data and integrations, overseeing testing, driving change management, and ensuring successful go-live and hypercare phases.

Responsibilities

  • Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan for ERP implementation.
  • Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule.
  • Establish project governance and communication plans.
  • Orchestrate process discovery and align global vs. local design for O2C, P2P, R2R, M2O, Plan-to-Produce, and HCM flows.
  • Own the data strategy, including data model, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate interface design and delivery.
  • Govern master data and data quality KPIs.
  • Lead build, configuration, and defect triage.
  • Plan and execute testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance, regression).
  • Oversee cutover rehearsal readiness and defect exit criteria.
  • Drive change strategy, including stakeholder mapping, communications, training, and role mapping.
  • Partner with HR to deploy tailored training programs.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and implement reinforcement mechanisms.
  • Lead cutover planning, go/no-go criteria, and business continuity safeguards.
  • Manage hypercare triage, stabilization KPIs, SLAs, and transition to operations.
  • Maintain RAID log and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, data privacy, and segregation of duties.
  • Enforce security-by-design and access governance.
  • Manage vendor SOWs, deliverables, quality gates, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track budget, forecasts, burn rates, and benefit realization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business process owners, SMEs, architects, developers, and testers.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations (multi-entity/multi-country preferred).
  • Hands-on experience across ERP domains.
  • Strong planning & execution discipline.
  • Risk and dependency management.
  • Executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Business acumen in Finance/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/HCM.
  • Change leadership and user adoption focus.
