Nordic Key Account Manager - Wastewater

Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth and strengthen long-term partnerships with key customers in the Nordics.
- Act as the go-to person for municipal wastewater and cover strategic industrial wastewater customers.
- Conduct market and customer analysis to define business potential and opportunities.
- Analyze accounts and define sales strategy, including relationship management.
- Develop and implement a 2-4 year KAM plan by segmenting customers and prioritizing.
- Plan and execute local sales activities to meet growth targets.
- Coordinate internally with BUs and other sales managers for aligned strategies.
- Travel approximately 60 days/year for customer visits.
Requirements
- A few years of relevant experience in wastewater, technical B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
- Wastewater expertise and experience with consultancies, integrators, or contractors.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Practical CRM experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, in addition to a Nordic language.
- Driving licence.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, environmental technology, water technology, chemistry, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience and documented commercial results may substitute for formal education.
- Experience with sludge treatment, dewatering, separation technologies, public tenders, and/or municipal procurement is a merit.
