Responsibilities
- Develop market maps, action plans, and SWOT analyses for network strategy.
- Lead end-to-end evaluations of prospective dealers and workshops.
- Assess territory overlap, coverage, and revenue potential for investment recommendations.
- Coordinate site inspections, layout projects, and supplier installations.
- Manage documentation for dealer, service-point, and trademark-licence agreements.
- Collect annual targets and prepare dealer business-plan meetings.
- Coordinate new appointments, cross-functional activities, and start-up support.
- Plan and support network audits and corrective actions.
- Prepare annual estimates for network investments and monitor spending.
- Animate dealer initiatives, coordinate working groups, and drive progress.
- Support monthly VIN and SCIP-code declarations and regulatory meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in network development, dealer operations, automotive aftersales, retail development, business planning or project management.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial statements, KPIs, market potential and investment cases.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and contractual workflows.
- Professional English and Italian language skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, dealer meetings, openings and audits.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with mapping, CRM, workflow or dealer-management tools is an advantage.
- Commercial curiosity, sound judgement, integrity, and passion for developing partner networks.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable turning complex information into clear recommendations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, challenge constructively, communicate with impact, and follow actions through to completion.
