Responsibilities
- Drive inventory programs to achieve monthly inventory and Inventory Turnover (ITO) targets.
- Partner with finance and operations teams to set inventory goals.
- Implement consistent fulfillment processes to support on-time delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies for raw materials through finished goods.
- Identify constraints, improve product cycle times, and enhance competitiveness.
- Create and maintain analytic dashboards and predictive tools.
- Provide training, build documentation, and establish mentorship programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP projects and advocate for supply chain requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in materials or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, operations, or project management using ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems for inventory, purchasing, order management, and advanced supply chain planning.
Desired Qualifications
- Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with production control systems and routines.
- ASCM certifications (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to influence and inspire change.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience creating ad hoc SQL queries and leveraging data visualization tools for insights and decision-making.
