Responsibilities
- Coordinate with purchasing for material availability and delivery for new projects.
- Guarantee material availability and usage according to the master production plan.
- Calculate and evaluate material needs, priorities, and production requirements.
- Issue and update purchase orders, including master data.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure delivery dates.
- Control inventory levels according to company policies.
- Maintain inventory supply to improve the company's budget.
- Adapt to changes in demand and adjust delivery plans.
Requirements
- Engineering or related degree
- English language proficiency (essential)
- SAP proficiency
- Experience as a material planner/buyer
- Experience with suppliers from Asia and Europe
- Knowledge in BOMs, Material Routes, ERP
- Knowledge of Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy
- Change & Improvement Management Skills
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
