Responsibilities
- Developing a simulator for generating channel phase deltas according to the Angle of Arrival (AoA).
- Generating IQ-data with AoA information using the simulator.
- Modelling of signals received by multiple antennas.
- Investigating the relationship between AoA and antenna-channel phase/time differences.
- Implementation of a configurable phase delta generator.
- Verification of the generated phase deltas.
- Integration with FPGA simulation and testbench environments.
Requirements
- Student in the final stage of Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering or equivalent.
- About to begin a 30 hp thesis project.
- Interest in signal processing, radar, communications or FPGA technology.
- Requires passing a security vetting.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python is beneficial.
- Experience with FPGA development is beneficial.
