Requirements

  • Experience in measurement and evidence-based marketing principles (e.g., brand growth, mental availability, effectiveness theory).
  • Ability to apply these principles in an industrial B2B context.
  • Track record of working in matrix organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience translating insights into strategic direction and actionable frameworks.
  • Background in driving or contributing to structured marketing measurement cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align teams through clarity and structure.
  • Education in a relevant field.
  • Curiosity, structured thinking, and confidence to challenge assumptions.
  • Collaborative, clear communication, and pragmatic approach.
