Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Marketing Managers responsible for engagement and growth and merchandising for online grocery
- Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for India Grocery
- Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and Flex performance standards.
- Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators, developing mechanisms that provide actionable insights to audit and optimize engagement for our Delivery Partners
- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies for acquisition, growth, merchandising, social media marketing and other marketing campaigns
- Manage regional strategies for engagement, including events, advertising, promotions
- Test and learn to propose new concepts for national rollout, provide input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
