Electrolux is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. This role involves leading a team, focusing on daily continuous improvements, and ensuring all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes.
Deliver team key performance indicators and drive employee engagement and development.
Ensure all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
Engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment.
Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensure labor map adherence.
Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings.
Ability to write detailed reports.
Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
