Amazon is looking for a people-focused leader to manage a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of its facilities. The role involves supervising individual contributors, ensuring reliable building systems, meeting maintenance schedules and service level agreements, and driving process improvements. This is an on-site position in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of facilities individual contributors, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
Monitor facility system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate routine maintenance.
Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols and encouraging rigorous safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner across teams.
Identify opportunities to improve tools, procedures, and workflows for operational efficiency.

Requirements

4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, OR 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon experience
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
Experience in project management
Experience with statistical analysis
