Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical wiring, cables, switches, and components.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify potential problems.
- Test electrical equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Assist with equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
- Follow safety procedures, permit requirements, and company HSE guidelines.
- Complete maintenance records and work orders.
- Support shutdowns and maintenance activities as required.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and good housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
- Basic knowledge of motors, electrical panels, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and use testing equipment.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant electrical or safety certifications are an advantage.
