Responsibilities
- Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment and supporting systems.
- Execute maintenance assignments under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform preventative maintenance per CMMS schedule, weekly, monthly and /or annually.
- Perform welding fabrication to new and existing equipment.
- Perform new construction and/or repairs in the facility, equipment moves and installation which includes plumbing, carpentry, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical.
- Read, interpret, and understand blueprints for mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate required.
- 5 years of experience in Industrial maintenance required.
- Knowledge in Industrial Electric required.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
Desired Qualifications
- PLC programming and troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.
- Familiar with wastewater treatment practices is a plus.
- Familiar with all OSHA, NFPA 70, and EPA practices and policies associated with the job.
- CMMS experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Certifications preferred.
