The role involves managing transport providers, consolidating customs paperwork, handling purchase orders, and organizing a high volume of documents using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. This position is crucial for efficient operations and audit compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with transport providers to obtain Bill of Ladings and tracking paperwork.
Collaborate with brokers and use broker portals to consolidate customs paperwork.
Detail multiple purchase orders per order from each factory, collating all necessary paperwork, HTS codes, and country of origin (COO) per item.
Handle and organize a large volume of documents and paperwork for future audit purposes.
Accumulate and group sales order documents electronically.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience with ERP systems.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to handle and organize large volumes of documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HTS codes.
