Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing learning technologies and solutions.
- Provide expertise on the learning technology ecosystem and recommend solutions.
- Analyze technology roadmaps and recommend enhancements.
- Support implementation, testing, rollout, and maintenance of learning technologies.
- Improve learner experience, engagement, and capability development.
- Explore and experiment with emerging learning technologies and tools.
- Support learning innovation projects.
- Create and enhance reporting solutions for business and compliance.
- Provide support for learning events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams across different regions and time zones.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, or learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of learning ecosystems, digital learning tools, and trends.
- Experience supporting system implementations, releases, testing, and end-user support.
- Proven ability to work in a global and geographically distributed environment.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Exposure to learning innovation, experimentation, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Curious and passionate about learning technologies and innovation.
- Continuously explores new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
