Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end learning and development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with managers to identify competency requirements and gaps.
- Design, source, coordinate, and evaluate role-based learning solutions using the 70:20:10 approach.
- Manage learning programs for various roles and Product Master development.
- Coordinate talent management activities like identification, succession planning support, and readiness assessment.
- Manage mandatory, regulatory, EHS, and ISO-related learning requirements.
- Administer learning processes and data in Workday Learning and other platforms.
- Manage internal and external training logistics, including vendor management and participant communication.
- Monitor the approved learning budget and provide regular reports and insights.
- Support onboarding by preparing learning plans and conducting L&D onboarding sessions.
- Build cross-functional relationships and provide guidance on development programs.
- Stay current with learning technologies and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Education, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Talent Management, or competency development.
- Practical experience coordinating end-to-end learning programs, vendors, budgets, records, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, IDPs, adult learning principles, and training effectiveness evaluation.
- Experience with HRIS or learning management systems; Workday Learning experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and presentation; experience with dashboards or data visualization is an advantage.
- English proficiency suitable for professional communication.
- Understanding of mining, heavy equipment, technical services, or a regulated industrial environment is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel to operational sites and other business locations as required.
- Right to live and work in Indonesia.
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent relevant experience to a Bachelor's degree may be considered.
- Workday Learning experience is an advantage.
- Experience with dashboards or data visualization is an advantage.
- Understanding of mining, heavy equipment, technical services, or a regulated industrial environment is an advantage.
- Will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
