We are seeking a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Data Warehouse concepts, SAP Datasphere, DWC, BW Architecture, and Data Modeling. The role requires proven experience with frontend tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Objects, as well as S4/HANA embedded analytics. Responsibilities include providing technical solutions, running workshops, and implementing performance tuning techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep and broad exposure to SAP Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Leverage proven expertise in SAP Datasphere, DWC, SAP BW Architecture/Design, and Data Modeling.
  • Utilize frontend tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects Architecture, IDT, and Reporting tools (Webi, Crystal).
  • Design and architect non-SAP EDW solutions (a plus).
  • Create and deploy Stories and Models in SAC with Live and Persisted data.
  • Provide expertise in Out of the Box Reporting, Queries, KPIs, and Embedded Analytics Apps in S4/HANA, including activation of objects tied to Embedded Analytics.
  • Demonstrate good understanding and experience in modules like SAP SD, FI, PP, MM, PM, GL, COPA.
  • Deliver technical solutions for business requests using SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, BW4/HANA, and Datasphere.
  • Rationalize reporting requirements, harmonize data, and de-duplicate reports.
  • Lead Reporting Workshops with client resources and collaborate with Development Teams.
  • Implement performance tuning techniques in SAP BW, Datasphere, and SAC.
  • Manage Build, Test, and Transport of Models, Queries, Reports, and other Reporting Artifacts.
  • Develop variables, restricted key figures, calculated key figures, structures, and selections.
  • Apply proven experience with data modeling at conceptual and physical levels.
  • Manage Data Blending, Data Snapshot, and Historical Data.
  • Work with Data Persistence and Virtualization.
  • Optimize performance and tuning of models/queries.
  • Create SAP BO reports using BW and Datasphere Models.
  • Understand live data connections between ECC/S4 and BW, DWC, Datasphere, SAC, and non-SAP Frontend Tools.
  • Implement projects using Agile / Scrum / DevOps Methodologies.
  • Apply process knowledge in Manufacturing, A&D, Utilities, or Process Industries.

Requirements

  • Deep and broad exposure and understanding of SAP Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Datasphere, DWC, SAP BW Architecture/Design, and Data Modeling.
  • Proven expertise in Frontend Tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects Architecture, IDT, and Reporting tools design (Webi, Crystal) and other 3rd Party Products.
  • Experience with Design and Architecture of non-SAP EDW (a plus).
  • Experience creating and deploying Stories and Models in SAC with Live and Persisted data.
  • Proven expertise in Out of the Box Reporting, Queries, KPIs, and Embedded Analytics Apps in S4/HANA.
  • Activation of Objects tied to Embedded Analytics.
  • Good Understanding and experience in modules such as and not limited to SAP SD, FI, PP, MM, PM, GL, COPA.
  • Proven expertise in providing Technical Solutions to fulfill Business requests using SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, BW4/HANA and Datasphere.
  • Experience in Reporting Requirements Rationalization, Data Harmonization and Report De-Duplication.
  • Ability to run Reporting Workshops with client resources and work with Development Teams.
  • Experience in Implementing performance tuning techniques in SAP BW, Datasphere and SAC.
  • Experience in Build, Test, and Transport of Models, Queries, Reports and other Reporting Artifacts.
  • Experience in Developing variables, restricted key figures, calculated key figures, structures and selections.
  • Proven experience with data modelling at a conceptual and physical level.
  • Experience in Data Blending, Data Snapshot and Historical Data.
  • Experience in Data Persistence and Virtualization.
  • Experience in performance and tuning of models/queries.
  • Experience in creating SAP BO reports using BW and Datasphere Models.
  • Knowledge of live data connections between ECC/S4 and BW, DWC, Datasphere, SAC and non SAP Frontend Tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members.
  • Experience or good understanding of implementing projects in Agile / Scrum / DevOps Methodologies.
  • Process knowledge of one of the following: Manufacturing, A&D, Utilities, Process Industries.
