The Lead Consultant - SAP ABAP is responsible for developing and delivering tailored SAP solutions that meet client requirements and quality standards. This role requires advanced SAP ABAP skills, including OOABAP and ABAP for S/4HANA, along with experience in SAP UI/UX design principles and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver detailed SAP ABAP solutions using advanced programming skills for custom reports and interfaces.
  • Perform in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and implement client-specific solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of customized solutions.
  • Design, structure, and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations using SAP UI/UX methodologies.
  • Cultivate and maintain successful customer relationships through proactive communication and support, leveraging OOABAP principles.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP, with a strong understanding of OOABAP and ABAP for S/4HANA.
  • Solid experience in SAP UI/UX design principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative assessments.
  • Strong communication skills for effective reporting and presentations.
  • Familiarity with project coordination and stakeholder management.

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (Optional but valuable).
  • SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (Optional but valuable).
