HCLTech is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in Bengaluru, Karnataka, for a hybrid role. This position focuses on bridging the gap between business and technical teams, analyzing requirements, and suggesting innovative design solutions, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite ERP management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support NetSuite ERP, including configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
  • Work on enhancement requests and production incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to understand requirements.
  • Perform product support, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Partner with third-party Oracle NetSuite vendors and integrators.
  • Perform data audits, monitor system performance, and address data integrity issues.

Requirements

  • Experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator with strong functional knowledge.
  • Experience in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Tax management, Finance reporting, customer and vendor data management.
  • Working experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc.
  • Strong communication skills and self-driven.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.

Desired Qualifications

  • NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum process is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
