We are seeking an experienced Lead Administrator with expertise in print and imaging solutions, specifically Canon MFPs and production printers. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, and print infrastructure. The role requires strong experience in L2/L3 technical support, fleet management, and leading deployment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Canon multifunction printers (MFPs), production printers, and scanning solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and printing-related issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on Canon devices.
  • Manage firmware upgrades, device configurations, and security settings.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise customers.
  • Analyze system logs and diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Coordinate with OEM support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Support print management solutions and document workflow applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical projects, migrations, and deployment activities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Canon MFPs, production printers, and imaging solutions.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Print Servers, and Network Printing.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience in printer fleet management and device monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of scan-to-email, scan workflows, document management systems, and security policies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
