Arla Foods Corporation seeks a Key Accounts Executive in Makati City to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships with retail key accounts. This role involves negotiation, planning, and execution of sales and in-trade marketing initiatives, reporting to the National Key Accounts Team Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Arla's lead in engaging with modern trade stakeholders regarding negotiation and implementation of Arla product initiatives (distribution, displays, promotions).
  • Grow and maintain long-term partnerships with customers by proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
  • Facilitate coordination within relevant internal interfaces to ensure a positive customer experience for distributors and key accounts.
  • Drive volume delivery and in-store presence, executing sales and in-trade marketing initiatives with assigned key accounts.
  • Analyze data pertaining to assigned customers and products (offtake, customer category share, competitors).
  • Oversee budget allocation and spending for cost-efficiency and highest return on investment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management in top supermarkets and/or experience in trade marketing.
  • Relevant experience in Joint Business Planning and Business Review.
  • Organized, results-driven, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
  • Able to make sound decisions and demonstrate ownership.
  • Proficient in thorough data analysis and confident communication of results and insights for action planning.
