Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in production and product development for household appliances and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Prepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Create and maintain entries in spares databases, define spare parts, and update electrical diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects product and production changes.
- Support the Spares Planning team in optimizing spare parts availability and supply processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Ability to correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of graphics editing software.
- Basic understanding of household appliances and their operation.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Customer-focused with an understanding of delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and building positive working relationships.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
