We are looking for a Junior Service Business Settlement Specialist with fluency in German and English for our Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań. This hybrid role involves data analysis, vendor communication, and invoice processing, offering opportunities for professional development and a stable work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create billing proposals and send them to vendors using Centiro and Excel.
  • Verify vendor feedback using Excel.
  • Process control of invoices sent by vendors using Basware/SAP.
  • Exchange emails with IKEA's external suppliers regarding order delivery, kitchen installation, and furniture assembly.
  • Exchange emails with IKEA teams from your dedicated country.
  • Participate in internal training concerning work time management.
  • Chat with Superuser to set price lists in the Centiro system.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience in the Finance area.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to establish relationships with people and foster a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Openness to other people and variety.
  • Interest in self-development and learning new things.

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or tax area.
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be an asset.
  • Experience in data analysis.
