Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT team/Customer support).
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues on client devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Work in rotational shifts.
- Meet OTS Service Desk Goals, including Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
- Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
- Good communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
