As an IS Functional Technology Services Effectiveness Lead at ABB in Krakow, you will drive service excellence and financial performance by managing the Service Portfolio and ensuring adoption of ABB standards. This hybrid/remote role involves leading strategic initiatives for continuous improvement, process optimization, and enhancing service delivery in partnership with Service Owners.
Responsibilities
- Describe and define IT processes/services, including relationships, dependencies, and business value.
- Promote ABB Service Standards and work closely with Service Owners on continuous improvements.
- Prepare and maintain the FTS Service Portfolio.
- Ensure the Service Portfolio is effective, efficient, and in line with best practices to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Define, apply, and execute measurement and reporting practices to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Monitor performance, provide status reports, conduct services reviews, and assess the effectiveness of measures.
- Provide consultation, advice, and support for IS services and changes.
- Monitor services documentation and processes, identify gaps, manage improvements, and evaluate the service roadmap delivery.
- Lead mini-projects requiring consultation, senior stakeholder management, SOW preparation, and workstream leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in identifying and leading improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of IS Processes and market standards for Service Management with relevant methodologies and certification.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (consultancy experience is an advantage).
- Experience with Project/Program and Transition/Transformation initiatives.
- Facilitation skills with business leads and technology experts.
- Expertise in reporting and measurement methodologies and market standards.
- Financial knowledge on Service Delivery.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior consultancy experience would be an advantage.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with internal Core IS standards.
- Strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support long-term service success.
- Ability to foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
