Responsibilities
- Researches and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions.
- Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedure and tools.
- Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
- Communicates with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
- Communicates with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations and phone.
- Understands issues and makes best use of available resources to resolve them.
- Systematically escalates problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/teams.
- Understands performance metrics to create analysis for driving business goals.
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to make decisions independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.
