Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations.

  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information.
  • Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
  • Meet productivity, quality and other hygiene metrics/goals.
  • Share inputs for SOP enhancements.

Requirements

  • Background in transportation, risk management, and data driven problem resolution skills.
  • Experience in identity verification.
  • Bachelor's degree.
