This internship offers a hybrid role in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, focusing on Accounts Receivables and Collections processes. You will learn to use ERP systems like Oracle and SAP, and gain experience in a dynamic international environment. Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all training classes
  • Understand Collections process and procedures
  • Learn to use the Collections software – GetPaid
  • Learn to use the ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, Syteline
  • Understand escalation process to higher management for exceptional situations where help is required
  • Understand the communication process with other departments and different business units on different queries
  • Any other tasks required by the Team

Requirements

  • Excellent comprehension of French & English (written and spoken)
  • Proven understanding and studies in Finance or Accounts Receivables
  • PC experience (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Quick learner
  • Knowledge and understanding of other European languages distinct advantage
  • Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas would be a distinct advantage
