Responsibilities
- Partner with People & Culture leaders to understand workflows and operational challenges.
- Document end-to-end processes and value streams across People & Culture functions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce complexity and improve employee experience.
- Research industry and HR best practices for continuous improvement.
- Assist in designing future-state processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Assist in identifying predictive metrics for organizational health and workforce trends.
- Support data collection, analysis, and visualization activities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for informed business decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and process maps.
- Assist in drafting practical and user-friendly policies and procedures.
- Ensure documentation balances consistency and governance.
- Build relationships with leaders and team members across the People & Culture organization.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate recommendations and drive adoption.
- Support change management and communication activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- OR Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration (MBA) with Human Resources focus, or a related field.
- Fall interns may work up to 30 hours per week.
- Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
- Have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies.

- Coursework or experience in Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Coursework or experience in Organizational Design.
- Coursework or experience in Workforce Analytics.
- Coursework or experience in Business Process Mapping.

- Coursework or experience in Data Analysis.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Experience using Visio, Lucidchart, or process mapping tools.
- Experience using PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
