Your role

As a Installed Base Specialist, your mission is to deliver exceptional support to Customer Centers by accurately managing Installed Base data and executing mass updates. Adhere to established processes while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. Provide training, guidance, and expertise to stakeholders as needed, ensuring consistent data quality and operational excellence.

You will

  • Manage and maintain accurate Installed Base (equipment) data in SAP, including creating and updating records.
  • Ensure high data quality by performing data validation, corrections, and mass cleanup activities.
  • Support Customer Centers with data-related requests and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Organize onboarding and communication with Customer Centers to ensure smooth cooperation and process adoption.
  • Assist with the rollout of new SAP/ERP functionalities and train users on new processes and system features.

To succeed, you will need

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and a patient, thorough approach to work.
  • Basic knowledge of working with data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and a similar role is an advantage.
