Informatica Senior MDM Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of projects related to Informatica MDM, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Python. They will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of these technologies, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing informatica mdm solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Writing complex sql queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.
3. Developing and optimizing oracle pl/sql procedures and functions.
4. Utilizing python for automation and scripting tasks.
5. Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate various systems and technologies.
6. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for informatica mdm, sql, oracle pl/sql, and python related issues.
7. Ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.
8. Participating in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
9. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in the fields of informatica mdm, sql, oracle pl/sql, and python.

Skill Requirements

MDM (Informatica) Architect
•    Hands-on experience delivering medium to large-scale, complex MDM solutions for large enterprise clients. 
•    Define, architect, develop, or support solutions using Informatica MDM to achieve a defined business outcome. Serve as a leader of project teams through all phases of the blueprint, realization, go-live, rollout, and post-implementation support.
•    Should be able to clearly define functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
•    Experience in estimating work for all phases (end-2-end) of the MDM lifecycle.
•    Strong experience in design, build, test, and deploy activities for Informatica MDM and all in-bound and out-bound integrating applications.
•    Should be able to lead test planning, execution, and completion of the MDM project or solution.
•    Mandatory
•    14+ years of experience in design, development and implementing MDM solution on Informatica.
•    5+ years of experience in the areas of ingestion, processing, ETL implementation on various technologies and data platforms
•    4+ years of Customer-facing experience either in creating MDM solutions or dealing with client stakeholders.
•    Excellent analysis, troubleshooting skills, and persistence in problem-solving.
•    Strong MDM modeler for variety of subject areas in different domains. 
•    Hands-on experience on DQ rules, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, Polices, Stewardship, Trust scores in multiple projects.
•    Champion in Data Governance and Access Management for MDM applications.
•    Exposure to MDM applications servers (Weblogic, Websphere, and/or JBoss).
•    Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, pre-sales solution environment with deadline-oriented work.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Informatica MDM, Oracle, or Python are a plus.
