Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of the area.

  • Act in accordance with IKEA Sustainability Direction, including waste management.
  • Promote IKEA Food as an in-store marketing tool for sales potential.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role managing a large team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced food and/or retail environment.
  • Experience working with a KPI-driven action plan.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety (HACCP) guidelines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, influence, and collaborate with others.
  • Sales-driven, cost-conscious, and passionate about food and people.
