Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and execution of global supply chain solutions for third-party hardware.
- Manage daily logistics operations from supplier through customer delivery.
- Coordinate suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and customs brokers.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment activities.
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions for purchasing, inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Support customs clearance activities and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain logistics processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, transportation, or supply chain operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
- Experience managing third-party hardware fulfillment operations.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP logistics, inventory, warehouse, and procurement processes.
- Experience managing suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
