Atlas Copco Group seeks a motivated Human Resources Intern in Coslada, Madrid, for a paid hybrid role. You will assist with job postings, recruitment events, HR systems, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. A degree in ADE, Labor Law, or Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems and generate reports.
  • Organize and schedule new hire inductions and training sessions.
  • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement programs and well-being activities.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in ADE, Labor Law or Master degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and openness to embracing new challenges in a dynamic, international business environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Portuguese or Italian language skills are a plus.
  • Passion for HR and eagerness to grow professionally.
  • Open to applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences, even if not meeting every listed requirement.
