Responsibilities

  • Contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE.
  • Support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice.
  • Ensure effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
  • Support OHS management processes and collaborate with procurement, supply chain management, sales, and project management teams.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring compliance with ABB policies.
  • Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and take appropriate actions.
  • Facilitate, assist, and provide guidance on incident investigations.
  • Provide feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices.
  • Support and drive behavioral change through local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

Requirements

  • In-depth HSE knowledge.
  • Ability to offer solutions and advice on HSE matters.
  • Expertise in ensuring effective risk management.
  • Knowledge of OHS management processes.
  • Collaboration skills with procurement, supply chain management, sales, and project management teams.
  • Ability to serve as a gatekeeper for compliance.
  • Experience in reporting HSE incidents.
  • Experience in facilitating and assisting incident investigations.
  • Ability to provide feedback on lessons learned and best practices.
  • Experience in supporting and driving behavioral change programs.
  • Must fully comply with/fulfill all local ABB employment requirements/processes.
