Responsibilities
- Contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE.
- Support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice.
- Ensure effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
- Support OHS management processes and collaborate with procurement, supply chain management, sales, and project management teams.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring compliance with ABB policies.
- Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and take appropriate actions.
- Facilitate, assist, and provide guidance on incident investigations.
- Provide feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices.
- Support and drive behavioral change through local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
Requirements
- In-depth HSE knowledge.
- Ability to offer solutions and advice on HSE matters.
- Expertise in ensuring effective risk management.
- Knowledge of OHS management processes.
- Collaboration skills with procurement, supply chain management, sales, and project management teams.
- Ability to serve as a gatekeeper for compliance.
