Provide Inputs For Identification Of Appropriate Hr Processes Which Can Be Industrialised And Brought Under The Ambit Of Hrsc Understand The Current Functioning Of The Process And / Or Issues In The Process And Define The Process For It In The Hrsc Environment Create Scope Of Areas And Define Slas For The Process Run The Processes In Parallel And Then Transition The Process To Hrsc Assess The Effectiveness Of The New Process Implementation And Share Updates On The Same With Supervisor
2. Resolve Escalations Against The Team Members Related To Service Effectiveness Or Otherwise Close Escalated Issues Within Agreed Timelines Provide Inputs For Reducing Cycle Time Of The Processes, Wherever Possible Identify And Prioritize Process And Service Effectiveness Improvement Areas Develop And Identify Ways To Improve Processes/Enhance Service Effectiveness Support Implementation Of The Revised Processes And Communication Regarding The Same To The Relevant Departments
3. Set Objective Goals And Evaluate Performance Of Team Members On A Periodic Basis Recommend Team Members For Promotions / Transfers / Special Assignments, Etc. Provide Regular Feedback And Opportunities For Development To Team Members; Nominate Team Members For Trainings Motivate, Coach And Mentor Team Members To Higher Levels Of Performance; Resolve Issues Faced By Team Members Monitor Attrition Rates Within The Team And Take Corrective Actions As And When Required
