Electrolux Group is looking for an HR Specialist to manage people data and payroll administration for employees in Ukraine. The role involves end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, data accuracy in HR systems, and supporting payroll activities, acting as a primary contact for employee HR-related questions.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers and offboarding.
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with local regulations.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday, BAS and other tools).
Support payroll-related activities and ensure data accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related questions.
Deliver excellent employee experience through timely and high-quality support.
Handle HR cases via ServiceNow and collaborate with HR experts across the organization.
Participate in process improvement and HR transformation initiatives.
Maintain personnel records and files, timekeeping, sick leave administration and statutory reporting requirements.
Maintain military records and related reporting requirements.
Process pre-payroll activities as required per country, gaining knowledge and support payroll activities.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation is mandatory.
Fluency in Ukrainian and intermediate level of English.
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work with confidential information
Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel)

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in an HR/payroll role or other administrative departments would be an asset
Previous experience in cooperation with stakeholders on various HR processes will be a strong asset
Experience in working on HR/payroll systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) would be an asset
