Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar employees, contingent workers, consultants, and temporary staff across Italy.
- Manage relationships with temporary work agencies, covering sourcing, contracting, and service quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on labor relations and basic legal aspects.
- Handle HR administration and the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide compliant, efficient, and business-focused daily HR support.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes for simplification, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with international HR teams to share best practices and harmonize processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on Employer Branding initiatives.
- Support managers in staffing needs anticipation and recruitment planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administration role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Good working knowledge of Italian labor law and national collective agreements (CCNL, ideally Metalmeccanico).
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding, including blue-collar and contingent workforce populations.
- Practical experience working with temporary work agencies and managing contingent staffing needs.
- Service-minded and approachable demeanor.
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with an interest in simplification and digitalization.
- Comfort working with HR systems and data (HRIS, ATS, Excel).
- Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken).
- Extensive experience and proficiency with the Office suite.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and people orientation.
