Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with candidates for documentation completion, accommodation requirements, and induction programs.
  • Manage vendor relations, including order placement, purchase requests, invoice validation, and payment processing.
  • Arrange and issue photo ID cards.
  • Provide best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure execution and delivery of ELCM services according to Service Level Agreements (TAT, quality, C-SAT).
  • Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with business processes, KPIs, and quality targets.
  • Act as an expert in complex business cases and projects, offering operational expertise and driving cross-country collaboration.
  • Identify process deficiencies, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend enhancements.
  • Perform control tasks, including 4-eye-check/SOX checks, data protection, and legal/regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Onboarding, handling Induction activities, documentation, HR Shared Services in a global organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
