Responsibilities
- Establish and lead Saab's newly formed Profit Unit Fire Control System.
- Have full Profit Unit responsibility and shape its future direction and growth.
- Be responsible for the part of the Naval Combat System that handles time-critical systems.
- Ensure sustainable customer value through strategy and portfolio management, product innovation, production, and aftermarket business.
- Lead a management team from Marketing & Sales, Development, Sourcing, Production, and other key functions.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for an organization of approximately 300 employees.
- Play an important role in customer relations.
- Collaborate closely across Saab programmes to secure new business and execute ongoing contracts.
- Contribute to the Business Unit Naval Combat Systems Management Team.

- Have the ability to establish and maintain a strong network of customers, local industrial partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Have a deep understanding of production, as PU Fire Control System also hosts the Global Head of Production role for BU Naval Combat Systems.
- Pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
