Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small or a single complex program/technology by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals and prioritize deliverables.
- Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record, including schedule, communication, scope, and test plan coordination.
- Track key program metrics, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Manage and prioritize the work of the program team, establishing schedules and tracking tasks.
- Coordinate the work of multiple cross-functional teams and maintain progress.
- Identify program issues/risks and create mitigation plans.
- Promote program vision and objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
- Support compliance with best practices and procedures, providing observations for process improvement.
- Develop engineering-based performance indicators/metrics for risk identification and assessment.
- Partner with the Chipset team for allocation of HW platforms and parts.
- Drive continuous improvement by coordinating Project Lessons Learnt sessions.
- Support team vision and objectives by motivating the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Experience in HW SOC development cycle for Mobile, data-center and AI servers.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards (Splunk, Thoughtspot, Tableau, PowerBI/automate, Agentic AI), Gantt charts, etc.
