Responsibilities
- Drive growth and customer acquisition initiatives for AVOD across teams in India.
- Create and execute comprehensive strategies in partnership with central marketing to acquire new customers across web, mobile, and Living Room Devices.
- Own and present key performance metrics on customer acquisition, viewership, and top-of-funnel growth to senior leadership.
- Build and leverage strategic relationships with internal and external partner teams.
- Drive rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration using data to understand customer behavior.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Programming, Finance, and Engagement teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience in streaming, digital media, consumer internet businesses, or business consulting.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional growth programs.
- Experience managing and measuring performance across various channels.
- Experience building and driving strategy and plans through stakeholder management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop growth or marketing programs.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
- Understanding of the Indian entertainment and content ecosystem.
