Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Group Finance Applications Analyst to join their Global Reporting Team in Prague. This hybrid role involves supporting group-wide financial reporting excellence, managing key applications like SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BPC, and contributing to projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level support for group financial reporting applications (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, Power BI).
  • Safeguard the monthly group reporting process through monitoring, checks, and system administration.
  • Perform system maintenance, manage monthly conference calls, and conduct ad-hoc mass communication.
  • Contribute to the user knowledge portal and provide end-user training.
  • Participate in group projects, including implementing new companies or ERPs.
  • Lead change requests for service desk forms and workflows.
  • Take initiatives to improve internal processes, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field with strong technical affinity.
  • Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience in financial systems or reporting will also be considered.
  • High quality service mindset and solid communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly across finance, business, and IT.
  • Ability to prioritize, filter, and stay focused under pressure.
  • Flexibility for public holidays and on-call support.
  • Openness to working in a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team and autonomously.

Desired Qualifications

  • Working experience with SAP applications is a plus.
  • Working experience with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Working experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Working experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Other languages are a plus.
