Responsibilities

Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, from understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support talent acquisition initiatives, maintain accurate trackers and records, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Gain an end-to-end view of recruitment and develop into a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Requirements

Undergraduate with a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional approach to conversations.
Genuine interest in people and Human Resources.
Ability to learn quickly, take feedback well, and stay organized.
Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, can-do attitude and ownership of work.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with college events, student clubs, placement coordination, or internships in HR is welcome but not required.
