Responsibilities
- Production planning & Control of Machines on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per plan.
- Conduct Morning Gemba meeting to review days production plan.
- Conduct Daily Closure meeting to review and report performance of the days production.
- Material shortage list availability to PPC/MM/WH department on daily basis and monitoring material receipt as per shortage list.
- To ensure availability of Painted components from Parts Paint shop to assembly as per plan and their inventory management.
- ECN implementation and follow up as per ECN release memo for availability, implementation and disposition of parts.
Requirements
- BE/BTech – Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile
- Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office
