Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Roles & Responsibilites

• Daily Updating & Analyze breakdown data in order to improve the efficiency and performance of equipment’s and perform Root Cause Analysis for Major Breakdowns.

• Co-ordinate to assist day to day activities of Maintenance team in planning Autonomous maintenance (AM), Preventive maintenance (PM) and preparation of the check points.

• In-charge of Continuous Improvement (CI) workshop. Plan, monitor and manage the daily activities of CI workshop such as Work allocation for Implementation of CI’s proposed by the employees, Support for Maintenance, Engineering & Production to solve their issues. Planning of overtime activities.

• Preparations of Monthly Maintenance data.

• Support Maintenance Team in activities mentioned below:

• Preparations of AM & PM checklists & yearly calendar

• Support the team for attending Breakdowns & perform PM’s

• Support for other projects by Co-ordinating with Suppliers & Vendors

• Support team for any new facility modification

• Created SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new equipment’s

• Digitalization of Maintenance Dashboard using Power BI

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• App development
• MS Office
• Microsoft office 365
• Power Bi
